I feel like I've  taken the shackles off.  

I AM FREE! 

Free of keeping up with it all- the hair, the nails, and the workouts.

Free of caring what people think- the job, the house, my relationships.

Free of wondering if it's enough or too much.  If I'm enough or too much.  If my light is enough or too much.  If I say the right things, or play the notes on pitch, or teach to enlighten.

I  give my body the freedom to relax into an "extra" ten pounds.

I give my mind permission to be quiet and still.

I give my soul permission to shine. 

I will let my freak flag fly and not give a fuck! 

They say that "with age comes wisdom."  

You do you.  I'll be me.  

And I promise to love us through it all.
